About me
Christina is a physical therapist with extensive experience in rehabilitation settings, assisting patients with regaining functional mobility and independence after cardiac, neurologic, and orthopedic events as well as in advanced age.
Her practice has made her very mindful of the need to care for ourselves to prevent disability as we age. With a desire to be on the more preventative end of healthcare, she taught group fitness to women for 10 years, specializing in weight lifting, yoga and pilates. From there she wanted to touch even more lives than she was able to inside the gym, so she transitioned from physical therapy and group fitness to home health and fitness coaching for women with a strong emphasis on nutrition.
Christina has worked with thousands of clients to establish fitness + nutrition routines for weight loss, weight maintenance, healthy weight gain during pregnancy, and recovery postpartum. She has also created her own course - The Balanced Eating Blueprint - which is a comprehensive program with a focus on blood sugar balanced eating, sleep and stress management, and mindset.
Christina strongly values health and wellness and the breaking of learned diet culture so as not to pass it on to our next generation and the generations to come. Because of her background in working with geriatrics in her PT career, she also strongly values disease prevention and quality of life.
Her approach is holistic and her goal is to nourish her clients - mind, body, and soul!
