About me
My name is Erin Caraher, and I am a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping clients develop a healthy, sustainable relationship with food. My goal is to help my clients stop yo-yo dieting for good. I use a non-diet, individualized approach to teach my clients how to balance meals and implement habits that last a lifetime. I teach my clients how to begin to recognize their own body cues through mindful eating practices. My clients also learn about the science of nutrition and set realistic goals regarding exercise and stress management. I want my clients to value their health and focus on adding in foods and behaviors as opposed to restricting. In my 7+ years of practice as a dietitian working with clients one on one, I have helped transform the lives of many people and am excited at the opportunity to work with anyone interested in creating a better life! As a mom of two girls, I know having a healthy relationship with food and positive body image is the best thing to model for children, to help them grow up free from diet culture.
