My interest in nutrition sparked when my father was diagnosed with Diabetes. I have been a Registered Dietitian (RD) since 2006. I completed an extensive pediatric nutrition fellowship with NICU specialization. I went on to become a certified lactation counselor in 2015 and an international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) in 2018. My own pregnancy and birthing experience in 2017, helped me understand the importance of nutrition, breastfeeding, and a supportive community. Good health and nutrition was so vital prior to, during and after pregnancy, not only for myself but also for the health of my premature baby. This led me to further training and specialization in Prenatal Nutrition. I have a compassionate, holistic and trauma informed approach to providing care. My specialities include working with women and babies preconception, during pregnancy, after birth and beyond. I would be honored to help you and your family meet your nutrition goals.
