With a Masters in Nutrition from Columbia University, Serena combines her nutrition knowledge, curiosity, and passion to her work with clients. As a registered dietitian, her approach is all about helping clients develop a positive, nurturing relationship with food and their bodies. She knows that every person is unique, with their own goals, preferences, and lifestyles. That's why she doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, she works closely with each client to create a personalized plan that fits their individual needs and sets them up for long-term success. Her specialties include intuitive eating, disordered eating, exploring the mind-body connection, and optimizing gut health. But, her true mission is to empower clients to take control of their wellbeing and discover what true wellness means for them. Wellness isn't just about numbers on a scale or lab results – it's about feeling energized, confident, and like the best version of oneself. Drawing from her own experiences as a former elite athlete, Serena understands the importance of nourishing both physical and mental well-being. That's why she creates a safe, judgment-free space for clients to explore, learn, and grow. She truly believes that sustainable lifestyle changes happen when they align with one's values and aspirations. So together with clients, she'll blend her evidence-based nutrition expertise with their unique perspective to craft a plan that resonates with them on a deep level.
